Katy Blinds & Shutters was started in 1999 with the goal of providing quality window coverings with outstanding service and support to the greater Houston area. We are headquartered in beautiful, downtown Katy but service the entire Houston metropolitan area, and hope to become your greater Houston blind company. The company was created by two Katy High School graduates, Romer Austria and John Crosby. Through God's blessing and our commitment to providing a quality product with exceptional service, the company has experienced tremendous growth.

We are a customer-focused company. We strive with each customer to do certain things that we ourselves would appreciate if we were in the customer's position - return phone calls promptly, show up on time for appointments, provide honest, straightforward advice, rectify any issues or concerns in a timely fashion, keep the customer informed throughout the buying process - generally, do the things we ourselves would want.
